Arbitration Experience

James M. Gaitis is an academic and domestic and international arbitrator with broad experience in the resolution of commercial and energy/oil & gas disputes. In addition to teaching international arbitration to LLM students and professionals at the Centre for Energy, Petroleum & Mineral Law & Policy at the University of Dundee, Scotland, he frequently speaks and writes on a variety of arbitration topics and has served as a testifying expert witness of the application of the FAA and state arbitration law.
